What is stress relief? Well, to put it simply, it is not something we can get from anywhere else. We are the only ones who can help ourselves out of this round of stress. The benefits of stress relief actually comes from something we want or do not want.

This is because of the fact that we have been socialized into wanting to escape from reality by trying to change it. By changing what is, we are trying to change who we are. We go from wanting to solve the problem of trying to avoid it altogether.

At some point, we become so desperate for stress relief that we either create it or try to “live” without it. What many people fail to understand is that they do not have to live without stress.

In fact, many of them become more stressed by looking away from their stress. They do not know how to deal with it and instead turn to drugs, alcohol or even suicide to deal with it.

So how can we actually get rid of stress? We have to first understand that if we keep pushing our stress away from us, it will just keep coming back. It is better for us to face our problems and deal with them in a positive way.

Relief from stress comes from getting in touch with our wants and needs and understanding what motivates us to act. If we really understand what motivates us and what needs us, then we will be able to develop a stress-relief plan that is very effective and will enable us to solve our problems.

Once we develop these ways of thinking, we will be able to “test” our solution to see if it works. If it does not work, then we know that it is a waste of time, but if it does work, then we should look at how to improve on it and continue to develop those skills.

For example, if we are feeling stressed out because we are trying to find that next job that we would love to have, we can easily change our focus and put our attention on something that we want. By doing this, we can think that we have found a solution to our stress. This in turn will bring some stress relief to us and we can continue to think in a positive way and use this technique as a stress relief technique until we feel comfortable enough to continue.

For those who do not want to put themselves out there, there are other stress relief techniques that we can learn. If we truly understand that we cannot solve problems without facing them, then we should start to search for what is working for others and putting it to work for us.

If we make sure that we use stress relief methods that have worked for others and do not try to reinvent the wheel, then we can start to figure out what their strategies are and incorporate them into our own situation. It is always a good idea to ask friends and family what stress relief strategies have worked for them in the past and use them to achieve stress relief today.

Stress relief is not something that we can get anywhere else. When we understand that we cannot solve problems without facing them and starting to create solutions, then we will be able to resolve the problems that we face and solve them by knowing that it is not our fault.
